Your booking details.
When you send a cleaning request, Gearcleanr saves your name, phone number, email address, equipment quantities, requested handoff times, relevant addresses, and any notes you provide. We use these details to contact you, arrange the cleaning, and manage the order.
Your request is stored in the website’s database and shown in the owner’s protected dashboard. Our hosting provider processes it to operate the website. If you arrived using a rink or campaign link, its source label is saved with the request. We also use a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions.
This form does not collect card information, take payment, enroll you in a subscription, or sign you up for marketing messages. Please do not put payment details or other sensitive information in the notes. Payment instructions are provided separately after your appointment is confirmed.
Keep your request reference. To correct your details or ask about your stored request, mention that reference when speaking with Gearcleanr or replying to your confirmation.
