What to expect.
What does the cleaning include?
Our core service is a dry Sani Sport ozone treatment for hockey equipment. This is not a wash or stain-removal service. We will confirm accepted items and any preparation instructions before your appointment.
When will I get my gear back?
Choose your preferred pickup and return windows when you request a cleaning, and tell us when you next need the gear. Your timing is confirmed before payment. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.
Can I book for my whole family or team?
Add player and goalie bags in the booking form. The $20 home service fee covers one pickup and one return at the same household address. Teams, six or more bags, and different return addresses need a custom quote.
Can I arrange regular cleanings?
Our planned household subscription is $100/month for four player-bag cleanings, shared across your family. One bag cleaned once uses one cleaning. Warehouse drop-off is included; home pickup and return is $20 per visit. We’ll offer separate signup after your first completed cleaning when enrollment opens. Unused cleanings expire monthly; cancel before renewal. Your first booking is a one-time cleaning.
